Todo contribuyente que entienda que tiene una exposición contributiva o algún incumplimiento con el Código e interese voluntariamente presentar una divulgación ante el Departamento antes de que comience una investigación o se le notifique que estará sujeto a una auditoría, o se refiera al Departamento de Justicia, debe referirse a la Oficina de Divulgación Voluntaria del Negociado de Auditoría Fiscal y a las Determinaciones Administrativas Núm. 09-03 y 10-08 emitidas por el Departamento. / Any taxpayer who believes they have a tax exposure or non-compliance with the Code and wishes to voluntarily make a disclosure to the Department before an investigation begins or they are notified of an audit, or referred to the Department of Justice, should refer to the Voluntary Disclosure Office of the Fiscal Audit Bureau and Administrative Determinations No. 09-03 and 10-08 issued by the Department.
